Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be canceled.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We stand by our quality. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, you must raise a claim within 7 calendar days of delivery.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: All claims for damaged or missing items must be accompanied by a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package condition, shipping label, and the product being taken out. Claims without this video cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Conditions: Please note that Primevetus does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Customer-selected wrong size or color

Personal preference regarding fit or fabric feel

Unauthorized Returns: Any packages sent back to us without prior approval and instructions from our support team will be rejected and returned to the sender at their own expense.

💸 Refund Processing & RTO

Approved Refunds: Once a valid claim is verified, refunds are processed directly to the original payment method used during checkout.

RTO / Failed Deliveries: In the event of a customer-caused Return to Origin (RTO) or failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability), shipping and logistics costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
